Please refrain from smoking inside the home or within 25 feet of any exterior doors. Any smoking evidence will result in a $500.00 fee for oder removal, including duct cleaning, furniture, bedspread and carpet cleaning.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and
your return visits. City of Waco has an ordinance that does not allow events or parties at our short term rentals. Violation can cause us to lose our permit to operate. Thank you for understanding and complying with this ordinance.

Guests will be provided with great welcome information including a list of local restaurants, sites to see and things to do which will be sent in advance of your arrival to help you plan your stay.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive an EMAIL and also a TEXT with access information for your vacation rental.

** Fishing is allowed, possible fish in the Brazos are channel
blue, flathead catfish; smallmouth buffalo; common carp; largemouth bass; white bass; and crappie.**

**SWIMMING IS NOT ALLOWED!!
The Brazos River is surrounded by agriculture farm land & dairies. As this runoff goes to the Brazos River which causes the water to be brown, this can create bacteria in the water. Accidentally ingesting the water could be unsafe. Please observe our NO SWIMMING policy. Recently there have been multiple alligator sitings in the Brazos. DO NOT GET IN THE WATER!

The property is located right on the Brazos Riverfront just 10 minutes from the heart of Waco giving you the ideal base to see all the sights of the city while still being far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet this beautiful riverside location provides.

While on the property guests are welcome to fish in the river, explore the property and go for morning walks along the quiet roads.

If you are looking to get out and experience the city, guests can mountain bike or hike in Cameron Park, shop downtown or stroll through the cultural and historic district that extends from Austin Avenue through Elm Avenue and across the mighty Brazos River or take a walk across the historic Suspension Bridge.

Visit the popular Magnolia Market where you can find products used or inspired by Joanna Gaines (of HGTV fame). There are also dozens of home décor and antique shops along with a great Downtown Farmers Market on Saturday mornings.
Visit the Mammoth National Monument where you can see the remains of an actual woolly mammoth, then head to the Texas Ranger Hall of fame where you can walk along the river and admire the huge sculptures on display.

Stop in at the Cameron Park Zoo with over 1700 animals from around the world and for the golf lovers, Cottonwood Creek Golf Course is a must play course and is ranked as one of the top golf courses in Texas.

When it comes time to refuel, stop in for some delicious Texas food at Magnolia Table or Torchy’s tacos for some delicious Mexican food. Twisted Root make the best burgers while George’s offers highly rated Southern food and is definitely worth a visit.

Guests have private access to the entire cabin, private outdoor shower as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee.

The cabin has a queen bed and a sofa sleeper, there’s room for friends - or kids!. Cabin has a full kitchen with electric stove, laundry facilities, outdoor shower and AC is all provided.

Enjoy lazing on the sun lounges or stargazing around the fire pit all just 10 mins from the heart of Waco.

Check yourself in and feel instantly at home with the cabin’s bright, sun filled rooms, its gorgeous reclaimed décor and its wall to wall windows that take full advantage of the beautiful river views.
Relax in the spacious living area on the inviting leather sofa as you stream all your favorites on the HDTV or simply lay back and take in the views. The living area also doubles as a second sleeping space with a memory foam sofa bed for an additional two guests.

Cook up all your favorites in the rustic kitchen that comes fully equipped with all the appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need for your stay.

Sit up at the breakfast bar while the coffee is brewing then enjoy your meals together at the chic dining table by the window set for two.

The bedroom nook is filled with a comfortable queen bed and features its own ensuite bathroom opposite with a walk in shower, plenty of fluffy towels and all the essentials so you don’t have to bring a thing.

The property is filled with many places to relax, unwind and take in the idyllic river views.

Step up onto the deck where you can sit on the stylish Adirondack chairs and watch the wildlife come to drink by the river as you enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine.

Cook up lunch or dinner on the BBQ grill and eat alfresco style at the picnic table, then when the sun goes down, light up the wood firepit and sit with friends as you roast marshmallows and share stories well into the night.
