We own properties too and manage your properties just like our own. Locally owned since 1998 Waco Vacation Rentals Property Management team offers turn-key property management for short term rentals and will guide you through the City of Waco permitting and license requirements. Can’t get a permit or license? Heart of Texas Rentals offers turn key management for unfurnished homes with annual leases and fully furnished mid term units for stays of 30 days or more.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS​
How much of a discount will I get by booking direct on Waco Vacation Rentals website?

Airbnb and Vrbo charge 10-15% booking fees. We do not charge any booking fees! If you have stayed with us before, we will send you a code for a 10% discount when you book direct.

What are your booking conditions?

Full amount due at the time of booking. NO DEPOSIT is required!

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay the guest will receive a 100% refund
Bookings canceled 7- 30 days before the start of the stay the guest will receive a 50% refund.
NO REFUND if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

Guest may cancel for a FULL refund within 48 hours of booking.
 
There will be NO REFUND in respect of unused days or early departure by the guest.

What if I need to check in late, check in early, or both?

Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! This will always depend on our next guests’ arrival and departure times.

Early Check-In:

$25 add-on – Check with us the day before your arrival and we can let you know if we can accommodate an early check in

Late Check Out:

$25 add-on (12:00 pm instead of 11:00 am))

What if I do not plan on getting there until late at night, can I still check in?

Our front door locks can be accessed any time after check-in (3:00pm) so any late check-ins are completely fine, no matter how late.

Do you allow pets?

Some of our units are pet friendly, Check the listing for the property you are interested in.

Are you child-friendly?

We welcome children to our properties and will have a Play n Stay in all properties that are 3 br and above.  If you need anything else for our little guests, please ask in advance so we can better accommodate you.

We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure times. This will always depend on our next guests’ arrival and departure times.
