We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and
your return visits. City of Waco has an ordinance that does not allow events or parties at our short term rentals. Violation can cause us to lose our permit to operate. Thank you for understanding and complying with this ordinance.

STAYS OVER 60 DAYS
If your stay is over 60 days or more an additional cleaning is required with an additional charge of $150.00 payable by the guest.

Equipped with all the amenities of home, you can unwind in a peaceful environment close to everything you need.

On the first level, the tastefully decorated living room has a TV for you to unwind and relax at the end of the day. There is also a half bathroom downstairs for your convenience.

During your stay, the condo is your private oasis. Check-in details and a parking map will be provided seven days before your arrival. We email a “Welcome to Waco” information book full of activities, favorite eateries, and local attractions.

There is free, gated parking on the premises.
