While the home was originally celebrated on the show for its uniqueness from their other properties, it still features the signature Chip and Jo style that we all know and love. The couple purchased it as an investment property before completely envisioning and remodeling the home. Originally owned and occupied by the Matsumotos, the brother of the director of Fixer Upper, since its sale, Jo has mentioned her adoration for the home, showing that it still has a special place in her heart.
This one acre retreat is nestled along the banks of the Brazos River and offers both a beautifully restored 1962 Airstream as well as a character filled cabin.
